Kiragosho, a young Ma woman from Melili, Kenya, draws water from a small water reservoir, which is shared with other communities. Kiragosho does not own a rain water harvesting system, and so she depends on water reservoirs such as this one for water. This reservoir is used for both domestic use and watering cattle, which means she has to boil and filter the water before using it in her home.
