Ma women Nimoshon and Supuko walk their cattle in Esiteti, a pastoralist village located in Amboseli, Kenya. This year the community in Esiteti have faced one of the toughest droughts in decades. This has led men in the community to leave to take bigger and older cattle to greener pastures further away, while women have been tasked with looking after younger animals. Every morning, these two women take their calves to a nearby place with good grass, and make sure they have enough to eat.
